From Keith Barnett:

Dear R&D Stakeholders:

1) I want to thank the persons and organizations that have been sending information the last few weeks on industry structure, other regulations, and emissions. Attached are two tables, one for federal regulations and one for state regulations, which summarize other regulations that might potentially impact air emissions from R&D facilities. Please note that this is a summary of the regulations of which we are aware, not a detailed presentation of each regulation.

If you see a regulation we may have missed - please let me know.

2) The table with emissions information is scheduled for transmission to the stakeholders late Monday. It will have all the facility specific emissions information we currently have, except that some of the information on laboratory emissions that was presented in the comment summary is not included as this has already been published. Where the information came from a source other than the actual facility, we are trying to the extent we can to verify the emissions numbers with the facility.

3) As you look at the emissions table please be thinking about the issue we will discuss in the next conference call - What is the best way for the EPA to get the additional data needed for an informed listing decision?
