If you’ve ever driven by a power plant, you’ve seen vapors spewing
from the tall emissions stacks. Perhaps you’ve wondered about it: what it
consists of-and whether it’s allowed by the EPA.
The EPA wonders, too. In fact, it may require the plant to utilize air monitoring
and recording devices, depending on such variables as the type of fuel used,
the equipment operating at the site, the age of that equipment, etc. To find
