There is a process to identify environmental impacts, but the process is either

(a) driven primarily by regulatory purposes or

(b) is limited in scope.

Impact information is not kept up-to-date.

There is a procedure to identify significant impacts from emissions including air, water and solid waste.

Some impact information is kept up to date.

There is a comprehensive, documented procedure to identify all significant environmental impacts.

The procedure also includes:

1) an analysis of available and reliable data and

2) an analysis of the inputs and outputs associated with current and relevant past activities.

All information is kept up-to-date.
